The Best Broccoli Soup Ever!
Gordon Ramsay made this soup simple, deliciously creamy broccoli soup comprised of just 3 ingredients!Chef Ramsay has since expanded about this recipe to incorporate goat cheese and walnuts. This is a family staple in cold months and it appears fabulous and my mouth is watering from offering this article! There is a video after the article should you prefer to watch Gordon Ramsay prepare his Broccoli Soup.
1 large or two medium broccoli clusters Salt (3 tsp.) Ground Black Pepper to taste Water If you would like to make the intense version inside the video, you’ll likewise require two more ingredients:
Goat Cheese (2 slices per bowl) Walnuts (about 5 per bowl)
Cooking Gordon Ramsay’s Broccoli Soup:
Bring water to your boil in a very large stock pot. Add a large pinch of salt (1 – 1 1/2 Tbsp.). Add broccoli and boil rapidly for 5 min. SAVE the water!!
You should slice your goat cheese after all this if you’re making the intense version. Dip the knife in the boiling tr ouble before each slice after only smooth cuts. Cut two slices of goat cheese per bowl being served. After cutting, make use of the hot smooth side of the knife to smooth the whites of the cheese slices for appearance.
Your broccoli is completed cooking when you are able pierce it with minimal effort. Remove the stock pan in the stove burner. DO NOT POUR THE WATER OUT! Use a slotted spoon to include broccoli to some blender but be cautious because it’s boiling hot! Pour enough in the water leftover from cooking the broccoli to fill the blender halfway. Add a pinch (or even more) of salt. Use several pulses with your blender to interrupt the broccoli up after which puree for a few seconds.
If you are making the flamboyant version, add five walnuts towards the bottom of any shallow bowl after which place bits of goat cheese in addition to them.
Pour soup into shallow bowl. Drizzle lightly with coconut oil and serve at the same time! Delicious!
